We offer 100% virgin human hair and raw South East Asian hair: Virgin Hair: Comes from two donors and is unprocessed. Raw South East Asian Hair: Comes from one donor, ensuring the highest quality and longevity. Our bundles, frontals, and closures are sourced from Vietnamese donors and remain completely unprocessed.
SHOULD I BUY 613 HAIR OR 1B HAIR FOR COLORING?

1B Hair is best for darker shades like honey blonde, dark reds, and brown tones. 613 Hair is ideal for bright and pastel colors, including silver, ash blonde, pink, blue, and purple.
DO YOU OFFER HAIR DYEING OR INSTALLATION SERVICES?

No, we do not provide dyeing or installation services.
HOW DO I CARE FOR CURLY HAIR?

Do not brush curly hair while dry. Always use a wide-tooth comb and only comb when the hair is wet. Start detangling from the ends and work your way up to the roots. Do not use skinny combs on curly hair. At night, twist your curly hair into single twists and wrap it with a Prestige Hair Collection bonnet and head wrap. Do not drench your hair in water; instead, use a spray bottle and mousse to maintain your curls.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRANSPARENT LACE AND HD LACE?

Transparent Lace: Offers an undetectable, invisible lace color that blends well with various skin tones. HD Lace: Provides the most realistic look, melting seamlessly into the scalp. It is thinner and less visible compared to transparent lace. HD Lace costs more due to its high quality and natural appearance.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CLOSURE AND A FRONTAL?

Frontals cover the entire hairline, from ear to ear. Closures cover a smaller section, usually at the top or middle of the head.
DO YOUR WIGS COME PRE-PLUCKED, PRE-STYLED, OR WITH KNOTS BLEACHED?

Our lace wigs come pre-plucked, but they do not come pre-styled or with knots bleached.
IF I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS, WILL MY ORDER STILL BE PROCESSED RIGHT AWAY?

Yes! Once your payment is confirmed, your order will follow the same processing time as all other payment methods.
