PRESTIGE HAIR COLLECTION'S SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUND POLICIES

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days

  • Shipping Time: 2-5 business days

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received. Delays may occur due to high demand or holidays.

 

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

  • No exchanges or returns are accepted.

  • Refunds: A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued only if:

    • The returned hair extensions were not opened.

    • The security seal is intact.

  • Refunds are processed within 24-72 hours after inspection and will be returned to the original payment method.

 

PICK-UP POLICY

  • Customers must text (415) 802-3544 before ordering to confirm available stock for pick-up orders.

  • After placing an order and selecting Pick-Up, you will receive a text with the pick-up address and time.

  • Ensure your contact information is accurate to receive order details.

 

PAYMENT & INSTALLMENTS

  • Accepted payment methods: All major credit/debit cards, Klarna, and Shop Pay.

  • Installment payments (Klarna & Shop Pay) do not delay order processing; orders will be shipped once payment is confirmed.

 

BUSINESS DAYS EXPLANATION

  • Business days: Monday - Friday (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Processing & shipping times do not include weekends.
