1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or purchasing from Prestige Hair Collection, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should discontinue use of this website immediately.

 

2. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

  • All products sold by Prestige Hair Collection are 100% human hair, as described on the product pages.

  • Due to the nature of raw and virgin hair, slight variations in texture, color, and wave pattern may occur.

  • We are not responsible for improper hair care, chemical treatments, or styling damage once the product is received.

 

3. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Processing Time: Orders take 5-10 business days to process before shipment.

  • Shipping Time: Estimated 2-5 business days (excluding processing time).

  • Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Prestige Hair Collection is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

  • Refunds: A full refund (excluding shipping costs) is available only if:

    • The item is returned unused with the security seal intact.

    • The item has not been washed, installed, or altered in any way.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 24-72 hours after approval and returned to the original payment method.

 

5. PICK-UP POLICY

  • Customers must text (415) 802-3544 to confirm stock availability before placing a pick-up order.

  • Pick-up details, including the location and time, will be provided via text message after the order is placed.

  • Customers must ensure their contact information is correct at checkout.

 

6. PAYMENT & INSTALLMENTS

  • Accepted Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna, and Shop Pay installment plans.

  • Using Klarna or Shop Pay will not delay order processing.

 

7. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled after processing begins.

  • If you need to make a modification, contact us immediately at [insert email or phone number], but changes are not guaranteed.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All logos, images, product descriptions, and website content belong to Prestige Hair Collection.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.

 

9. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

  • We actively monitor fraudulent orders. Any fraudulent activity will result in order cancellation and a permanent ban from shopping with us.

  • Chargebacks or disputes made without contacting us first may result in legal action.

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Prestige Hair Collection is not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse, or improper installation of hair products.

  • We do not guarantee hair lifespan, styling outcomes, or professional installation results.

 

11. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
