Due to the nature of raw and virgin hair, slight variations in texture, color, and wave pattern may occur.

We are not responsible for improper hair care, chemical treatments, or styling damage once the product is received.
3. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Processing Time: Orders take 5-10 business days to process before shipment.

Shipping Time: Estimated 2-5 business days (excluding processing time).

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Prestige Hair Collection is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
